Project Research Dossier - Dataline (pre-TGE)
Author: topcrypto (Ultra Squad). Sources checked 30 Sep 2026. Disclosure: no position (no token exists); I completed the Dataline Republic quest (+75 VP) and got a DataLine crate. NFA.
Question: is Dataline worth tracking before a token exists, and what must be true for a future token to be fairly priced?
What it builds: a data layer for AI agents. One schema across exchanges, chains and prediction markets, with a confidence score on every response. Products: Dataline Data, FlowAgent, GhostDriver, ChatPilot (dataline.xyz)
Evidence (primary sources):
- Tearline rebranded to Dataline on 13 May 2026 (press release)
- 19.4M+ onchain txs, 96.4% execution success, 2.5M+ ChatPilot interactions (self-reported)
- 3 live chains (BNB, Sui, TON), 22+ sources incl. Hyperliquid, Polymarket, Kalshi
- P50 ~87ms cached / ~250ms fresh; free 500 calls, from $19/mo, per-call USDC via x402
- Backers: Google for Startups Cloud, BNB Chain partner. No round size disclosed
- No ticker, supply or TGE published; the Tearline points program is referenced for a future airdrop
Interpretation:
- Real product and a paid tier before any token, that's the right order. But traction is self-reported, I found no Dune or explorer dashboard for the 19.4M txs.
- The docs disagree on the core feature. Press release: confidence = agreement x reliability x freshness, scale 0-1. Republic module: weighted 40/30/20/10 incl. completeness, scale 0-100. Chains differ too (site BNB/Sui/TON vs module adds Solana + Ethereum). Which model is live?
- Tokenomics can't be modelled yet: FDV, float, vesting and team/investor share are unknown. Points -> airdrop = sell pressure at TGE.
Risks: no named team, no public GitHub or audit, oracle incumbents can add confidence metadata, prediction-market data may hit jurisdiction limits for end users.
Conclusion: watchlist, not investable yet. 6/10 on product, n/a on tokenomics. Re-rate once tokenomics, vesting, team and audit are public. PDF attached.
