Zentory Labs (ZENT): Does the 5.75% Float Include Pool Tokens?

Open original Discord thread

Question: Is Zentory Labs' proposed ZENT float credible? The project is building HyperEVM ERC-4626 vaults and a staked quant-signal system. Its FAQ says the testnet strategy has no meaningful yield yet. https://www.zentorylabs.com/faq

Data: The working TGE plan proposes 1B fixed ZENT. It calls 50M DEX tokens + 7.5M airdrop tokens a 57.5M (5.75%) launch float. There is no live price P, so FDV = 1B x P. If only 57.5M circulate, circulating cap = 57.5M x P and FDV/circulating cap = 17.39x. But the same plan separately puts 80M ZENT in protocol-owned DEX liquidity. A locked LP position does not make its pool tokens unbuyable. The float needs reconciliation. https://github.com/Zentory-Labs/zentory-protocol/blob/main/docs/TGE_STRUCTURE.md

Unlocks: The remaining 22.5M airdrop tokens release over six months, with LP and quant emissions also planned. The draft lists a 45M team cliff at month 12. It lists a 16.7M strategic unlock at month six, whereas the published vesting formula implies 25M if configured across 24 months. https://github.com/Zentory-Labs/zentory-protocol/blob/main/contracts/src/ZENTVesting.sol

Verification / risks: Public source and testnet addresses exist, but mainnet addresses and an independent external audit do not. Team profiles use handles, with one co-founder's personal GitHub/X links still TBA. Yield, admin migration and legal status remain open. https://github.com/Zentory-Labs/zentory-protocol/blob/main/DEPLOYMENTS.md https://github.com/Zentory-Labs/zentory-protocol/blob/main/TEAM.md

Conclusion: Watchlist. I would request audited launch contracts, exact pool and holder balances, a month-by-month circulating-supply table, and live net strategy results before forming conviction. Prior public-sale status needs direct confirmation.

Disclosure: No ZENT holdings, no current plan to buy or sell, and no project compensation or referral incentive.
