Project Research Dossier: Tempo

I researched Tempo using primary sources only. What it builds Tempo is a payments-first Layer 1 incubated by Stripe and Paradigm. It focuses on stablecoin payments, with TIP-20, stablecoin-denominated fees, fee sponsorship, batching and EVM compatibility. Tokenomics / dilution I found no official total supply, circulating supply, allocations, vesting, emissions, public-sale price or TGE date. So I would not calculate FDV or invent an unlock schedule. Missing tokenomics is itself a key risk. Verification Tempo has a verified GitHub organization and public protocol code. Its security policy says audits are ongoing and there is no active bug bounty.
