Project Research Dossier — Sietch (SIETCH, pre-TGE)
Sietch (SIETCH) — primary-source desk review, 29 Sep 2026
Goal: Sietch proposes a privacy-preserving settlement network with a shielded bridge and zero-knowledge policy checks. Its devnet is claimed live; testnet, multisig migration and an independent audit remain ahead of mainnet. I treat this as a watchlist project, not a recommendation.
Tokenomics: the official plan states a fixed 570m supply, with 46.5975m (8.175%) circulating at TGE. Allocation: team/advisors 25%, strategic backers 19%, treasury 21%, community/ecosystem/airdrops 30%, public liquidity 5%. No live token price exists. At hypothetical price P, FDV = 570m × P and TGE circulating value = 46.5975m × P: a 12.23× ratio.
Long game: the published unlock table reaches 132.00m at month 12 (2.83× TGE float) and 294.60m at month 24 (6.32×). Founder/employee and backer streams begin after a 12-month cliff; founder no-sell ends at month 24. These are planned schedules, not guaranteed future supply.
Verification/risk: GitHub shows two public repos but no public organization members. The whitepaper says no third-party security audit is complete, while the roadmap mentions resolving an initial round of audit findings; the auditor, scope and report should be clarified. The devnet uses a single bridge upgrade key; launch validators are curated. Bridge/ZK failure, control concentration, execution and privacy regulation are material risks.

Disclosure: no known SIETCH position or Sietch compensation. Republic participation VP may be awarded for this educational post. What would you require as independent evidence that the planned multisig and vesting controls are actually live?
