nuvyrex is developing decentralized AI/GPU infrastructure connecting compute, AI workloads, routing, verification, settlement and protocol economics. The official site currently labels NVX PRE-TGE / NOT TRADING. Mainnet is not live and only TEST NVX exists on Solana Devnet; TEST NVX has no monetary value.

TOKENOMICS Fixed supply: 1,000,000,000 NVX. • Presale - 20% / 200M • GPU / Compute Rewards - 25% / 250M • Ecosystem / Community - 17.5% / 175M • Liquidity - 12.5% / 125M • Treasury - 15% / 150M • Team - 10% / 100M

VESTING / UNLOCKS Team: 12-month cliff + 36-month post-cliff vesting. Treasury: 75M scheduled at TGE, then 12.5M per complete month until 150M total. TGE is inactive, so no production release schedule is currently running.

FDV / DILUTION Current FDV cannot be calculated from a live market price because NVX is not trading. At any future price P, implied FDV would be 1B × P. Future dilution depends on the actual TGE float and release schedule.

TECHNICAL VERIFICATION Official sources document the protocol architecture, Devnet, allocation controls, timelocks, pause controls, migration protections, release accounting and authority management. However, production audit completion is not claimed and Mainnet is not live.

  1. Mainnet / production readiness.
  2. TGE and launch-condition uncertainty.
  3. Future dilution from presale, treasury and compute rewards.
  4. Execution risk around GPU infrastructure and AI services.
  5. Security, legal and compliance review risk.

CONCLUSION nuvyrex has unusually explicit pre-TGE allocation and release boundaries in its primary-source materials, but the final TGE float, sale pricing and production readiness remain unresolved. I intentionally avoided third-party token trackers and estimates.
