Project Research Dossier Gensyn 7 October 2026
Constraint Use only if the docs still show no public sale and no TGE. This draft invents no price and no date.
Goal Gensyn is building a network for machine-learning compute. A buyer should be able to send a training or inference job to independent nodes instead of renting one cloud account. It matters because GPU supply is concentrated and a single region can ration capacity. The product claim is a job market plus a check that the work was done. A testnet job is not that check by itself. Primary docs should be re-opened on the day of posting and linked in the forum post.
Tokenomics No FDV, circulating supply, allocation split, cliff, or emissions rate is used. If those figures are not in a primary document, they are undisclosed. A points or testnet balance is not a cap table.
Unlock and dilution No unlock calendar is cited. Dilution cannot be modeled. Missing is unknown, not low. A later sale document replaces this section. It is not guessed.
Team verification Public posts can show that a group is shipping. They do not verify every contributor, an audit, or custody of a future token. Team score stays partial until an audit and a named-operator page are linked.
Key risks Technical: verifying ML work is harder than verifying a token transfer. A weak proof can pay for work that was not done. Execution: node supply can be thin, so jobs queue or fail. Incentive: unpublished rewards leave operators without a checkable schedule. Legal: training data and outputs can carry copyright and privacy duties.
Disclosure No holding, no grant, no allocation. Not financial advice.
