Project Research Dossier — FrostyFi / $FROST

Project goal FrostyFi is building visual workflow automation for AI agents, including agent deployment, x402 payments and ERC-8004/A2A integrations.

Pre-TGE / pre-raise $FROST has not launched and TGE is TBD. Docs state no pre-mine, presale or VC allocation. Supply starts at zero.

Tokenomics FROST has no fixed arbitrary max supply. Each mint-capable contract has an on-chain mintAllowance limiting its minting budget. Since the token has not launched, circulating supply is 0 and conventional FDV is not yet meaningful; future FDV depends on token price and supply.

FROST is earned by paying subscribers. The reward is 100% of payment value at the live bond price. A 10% developer co-mint occurs when FROST is redeemed, hard-capped at 20%.

Unlock + dilution There is no large pre-minted investor allocation with a standard cliff/linear unlock. Supply grows through claims, bonds and the developer co-mint. Redeeming 100,000 FROST with the 10% co-mint creates another 10,000 FROST. Bonds vest over about 7 days; PERMA locks FROST from 1 week to 4 years.

Team verification Key signals are public docs, source-verifiable Base contracts and disclosed revenue/governance mechanisms. Long-term execution is less verifiable.

Key risks • Supply/dilution: supply can expand through activity and governance parameters. • Execution: dependence on one operator. • Governance: important contracts remain under the operator's multisig. • Incentives: developer receives a co-mint and protocol revenue. • Technical: minting and bonding are key risk surfaces. • Liquidity: future FROST liquidity depends on a successful launch.
