PROJECT RESEARCH DOSSIER — DENDRA ($DNDR)

Open original Discord thread

Problem / Question Does Dendra provide a credible foundation for decentralized AI inference, and are its tokenomics transparent enough for pre-TGE diligence?

Project Dendra is developing a decentralized AI-inference network using consumer GPUs, encrypted prompts, on-chain settlement and economic verification. It is currently in the research/devnet stage.

Tokenomics Total supply: 10M DNDR

Community: 34% Reserve: 33% Validator Treasury: 27% Team: 5% Faucet: 1%

Supply is fixed and the mint module has been removed. Reserve distribution is parameter-driven rather than unlimited inflation.

FDV / Circulating A conventional FDV cannot currently be calculated because DNDR has no live market price or monetary value on the testnet. Using testnet balances as market capitalization would create false precision.

Unlock & Dilution Risk The 33% Reserve has a programmed release mechanism. However, I could not verify a dated team cliff/linear vesting schedule from the primary sources reviewed. This is therefore an unresolved diligence gap.

Team / Code Verification Dendra publishes its protocol, chain implementation, services, tokenomics and security materials publicly on GitHub. This provides direct technical evidence beyond marketing claims.

Key Risks

Technical: experimental/devnet software. Execution: depends on network participation and verification. Governance: reserve parameters can be governed. Incentives: anti-Sybil mechanisms are still developing. Market: no live price/liquidity data yet. Team: detailed vesting information remains unclear.

Conclusion Dendra has verifiable technical documentation, open-source code and a fixed supply model. However, production readiness, team vesting and future market structure remain unresolved.

Disclosure: No position. No identified incentive.
