Project Research Dossier: CONSO
Author: Rida | Date: 17 October 2026 | Stage: Pre-token, pre-raise (no token, no public sale)
1. Problem / Question
CONSO is running a live points economy (ZAPs) and a 5,555-unit NFT collection (CONSO BOTS) before any token exists. Is that structure a sound foundation, and what future claims on value, and dilution of those claims, should participants model before a token or raise is announced?
2. Data & Evidence
Project goal: CONSO describes itself as a "Consumer Reputation Layer" that turns fragmented activity across social, gaming, AI, creative and on-chain platforms into portable, verifiable, user-owned reputation [D1]. Users connect platforms, earn ZAPs (its "reputation currency") and build a Consumer Passport; brands reward high-signal users through Smart Campaigns [D2][D3]. Data is said to be encrypted with Seal and stored on Walrus; the Consumer Graph NFT is minted on Sui [D3].
Eligibility check: no CONSO token, token sale, ICO or launchpad listing appears in its docs, website or official X account as of 17 Oct 2026 [D1][W1][X1]. CONSO BOTS are a free mint for whitelisted and eligible users (GTD + FCFS) [W2][X2].
What is published (the pre-token economy):
| Instrument | Published terms | Source |
|---|---|---|
| ZAPs | Generated by a scoring algorithm on data from connected platforms; each platform has a maximum ZAP cap; badge levels (Lv1–Lv5) apply ZAP multipliers; totals drive Passport Score and campaign eligibility | [D2][D3] |
| CONSO BOTS | 5,555 supply; reputation-backed "agentic collectibles" acting as mobile nodes; built on Sui, secured via Walrus; +25% mining boost over base rate per BOT; cap of 10 per wallet | [X2][W2] |
| BOTS via impressions | 1K impressions = 1 BOT, 3K = 2, 5K = 3, 10K = 4, then +1 per 5K; max 10 per account including eligibility BOTS | [W2] |
| Referrals | Bonus tiers from 5% (1 friend) to 25% (5+ friends), shown as a boost on the user's own earnings | App dashboard |
| Membership NFT | Polar bear–themed NFT with boosted ZAP multipliers and priority campaign access | [D4][D3] |
What is NOT published: token existence, total supply, FDV, allocations (team, investors, treasury, community), vesting or cliffs, and any ZAP-to-token conversion. FDV vs. circulating supply therefore cannot be calculated; the model below analyses the claims being created instead.
3. Unlock & Dilution Model (pre-token)
Before a token exists, "dilution" means each new multiplier shrinking the share of any future reward pool held by base users. Multipliers are published; how they combine is not. Illustrative stacking for a Miner App user (additive vs. multiplicative is an assumption):
| Profile | Referral | BOTS | Additive | Multiplicative |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base user | 0% | 0 | 1.00x | 1.00x |
| Active referrer | +25% | 0 | 1.25x | 1.25x |
| Referrer + 1 BOT | +25% | 1 (+25%) | 1.50x | 1.56x |
| Referrer + 10 BOTS (cap) | +25% | 10 (+250%) | 3.75x | 4.38x |
Supply-of-claims timeline:
- Now: ZAP accrual across platforms, limited by per-platform caps → moderate inflation, capped per user.
- BOTS mint: up to 5,555 BOTS raise mining rates for holders → high concentration risk, bounded by the 10-per-wallet cap.
- Membership NFT: a further multiplier layer → additional dilution for non-holders.
- Any future token: unknown; the key variable is what share, if any, maps to ZAPs and how much goes to team and investors.
Takeaway: a fully boosted wallet could earn roughly 3.75–4.4x a base user on mining. The 10-BOT cap and per-platform ZAP caps are real anti-concentration controls, but the total ZAP emission rate is not disclosed, so no ZAP balance can be valued today.
4. Team Verification
Verifiable: live, working product. The author's own Extension use shows ZAPs accruing from ChatGPT and Perplexity activity, with a dashboard scoring prompt quality. Public docs, roadmap, website and an active X account [D1–D4][W1][X1].
Marketing or unverified: no team members are named in the docs or on the website; partner logos are shown without detail; no smart contract addresses, audits or public GitHub are linked; the Developer API is "in development" [D3]. The Membership NFT is listed for Q1 2026 in the FAQ but Q3 2026 in the roadmap [D3][D4] and had not launched by 17 Oct 2026, a timeline slip worth tracking.
5. Interpretation
CONSO's strongest signal is a working product with real usage loops (Extension, Miner, BOTS) launched before any token, which is the reverse of most pre-TGE projects. Its weaknesses are the absence of any economic disclosure and an anonymous team. The points economy is well designed against whales (wallet and platform caps) but stacks several multipliers whose combined effect on any future distribution is unknown.
6. Key Risks
- Incentives: points farming and bot activity; CONSO bans bot activity and scores "authenticity", but enforcement isn't documented
- Claim dilution: BOTS, badges, referrals and the Membership NFT each widen the gap between base and boosted users
- Conversion risk: ZAPs are a "reputation currency" with "long-term reward potential" [D2]; no token or conversion is promised, so they may never carry monetary value
- Execution: wide scope (Passport, Campaigns, AI Memory, API, Miner, BOTS) and a slipped NFT timeline
- Team/technical: anonymous team, no audits or contract addresses yet
- Privacy/legal: the product aggregates cross-platform and AI-chat activity; strong data-protection claims ("CONSO cannot see" user data [D3]) need independent verification, and data-protection rules vary by jurisdiction
- Platform dependency: relies on connected platforms' APIs and terms, which can change
7. Conclusion
CONSO is an interesting pre-token project with real product traction and sensible anti-whale caps, but it can't be valued yet: there is no token, FDV, allocation or vesting data. The diligence question is whether the multiplier-heavy points economy will translate into a transparent, fairly distributed token. Watch for published tokenomics, a ZAP conversion policy, named team members and audits.
Rating: Neutral; worth tracking, not yet investable on fundamentals.
8. Disclosures
The author uses the CONSO Extension (about 31 ZAPs and 5 referrals as of 17 Oct 2026) and has submitted posts toward CONSO BOTS eligibility, so may receive a free BOT. No token position exists because no token exists. No compensation from the project. This is research, not financial advice.
