Pre-Project Research Dossier - zentory

i looked into zentory because it already has a public hyperevm testnet while $zent is still pre-tge. the repo says mainnet and token launch are gated on an external audit. i found no active ico, ido, tge, or public sale in the primary materials reviewed.

zentory is building a quant signal exchange and non-custodial vault system on hyperevm. the public stack includes erc-4626 vaults, signed trading signals, zent staking, epoch scoring, and keeper infrastructure. the codebase, deployment records, tests, and internal security reports are already public.

total supply is fixed at 1 billion zent. the working allocation includes 18% team/founders, 20% treasury, 22% quant rewards, 10% lp rewards, 10% strategic round, and 5% public dex float. the current tge plan shows 57.5m zent, or 5.75%, tradeable at launch. the proposed pool implies a reference price of $0.003125 and an implied $3.125m fdv, though i would treat that only as a pool-seeding reference.

the main risk is dilution. the team has a 12-month cliff followed by multi-year linear vesting, while airdrop and lp rewards add supply earlier. the strategic unlock schedule is not fully consistent across the docs, and treasury/quant rewards do not have a completely fixed public release calendar.

the team is still only partially verified. contributors are pseudonymous, and the whitepaper says verified identities are intended to be published before mainnet. the project has public tests, slither results, deployments, and an internal pentest, but no completed independent external audit is published yet.

my view is positive on the technical progress, but neutral on the token until the external audit, final vesting schedule, and stronger team verification are available.
