Permission Zero (PZRO): pre-token research and diligence
Permission Zero (PZRO) — pre-token diligence
What it builds PZRO describes a human-governed control layer linking human proof, agent identity, delegated authority, action-time policy, and swarm defense. The goal is to verify who/what is acting, what authority was granted, and whether behavior looks coordinated or abusive.
Eligibility / status Official materials describe a research/Genesis phase: no token is offered for sale, no public presale is planned in Genesis, and the 2027 economic model is provisional. This supports a pre-TGE/pre-public-raise screen, but does not prove a future network or token will launch.
Proposed economics If the network proceeds, the proposal targets 1B PZRO: 50% Genesis Community; 20% long-term community/network rewards; 10% treasury/ecosystem; 5% builders/security/research; 5% liquidity; 8% company/core; 2% strategic reserve. Staged release, timelocks, grants, and vesting are described, but I found no final contract, circulating supply, price, exact cliffs/rates, independent audit, or token address. FDV is not computable; any current valuation would be speculation.
Signals and risks Positive: dated official research archive, public Litepaper, explicit no-sale language, and a clear product model. Open questions: team/funding verification, shipped technical artifacts, security review, contracts, governance, anti-Sybil design, adoption, and legal treatment. The largest risk is that future release rules remain design promises rather than auditable contracts.
Conclusion / disclosure Conditional watchlist only; do not size a position until primary allocation, vesting, and contract disclosures exist. I hold no PZRO and receive no Permission Zero compensation or incentive. This is research, not investment advice.

Follow-up / critique: the proposed 1B PZRO allocation is a design target, not live supply. The key unresolved question is whether release rules, treasury controls, and contributor vesting become auditable on-chain constraints. Until then, the no-sale signal is useful for eligibility but is not evidence of future value or low dilution risk.
